At Nuvio (nuvio.net.in), customer satisfaction is our top priority. We offer a 7-Day Replacement & Return Policy from the date of delivery.
Eligibility for 7-Day Returns:
- Item must be unused and in the original packaging with all accessories included.
- Valid for damaged, defective, or incorrect items received.
- Proof of purchase (Order ID or registered phone number) is required.
How to Request a Return / Replacement:
- Email our support team at support@nuvio.net.in within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Share your Order ID along with photos or a short video showing the issue.
- Our team will verify the request and arrange a free pickup or fast replacement within 24-48 hours.
Refund Processing:
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment mode (or UPI/Bank transfer for Cash on Delivery orders) within 3-5 business days.
